  Kim and the team at Muskoka Party Rentals are fantastic! They are consistent and timely from placing orders through to delivery and pick up. We have been very pleased with the quality of product every time and will continue to lean towards a local company for all hospitality rental needs.

  Extremely disorganized, can't communicate pick up or drop times, decided that a drop point that was closer than the original one required a 4 hour delay. Then did not call for pick up, and a neighbour who had no permission let them into the garage, so we did not get to check if they had all materials. They then charged us EXTRA for 1 missing napkin, and "dirty"plates. I called and asked them about how clean the plates had to before pick-up, and they said "scarped clean". THEY WERE, so again just so much money for such poor service and communication. Please, please go with any other party rental company, they will be cheaper, and have 10x better customer service. They charged us so much money for one of the worst experiences of my life. Look up Mariposa Party Rentals instead.
